Yoga instructor, Chuck Brittain, will be offering a 4 week Yoga Basics course at the St George Village Botanical Garden during the month of November to introduce participants to the benefits of yoga.
Chuck, who has been teaching Yoga for over 10 years has recently relocated from Atlanta to St Croix full-time.
These classes will safely introduce and teach the importance of breathing, what is a yoga practice, the basic positions/movements and terminology, how to stay safe and adapt to your own body limitations, and how to choose the yoga class that will be right for you after you leave this introduction series. Chuck’s philosophy is that you should have joy in your yoga practice and that sometimes we may take yoga so seriously that we lose the fun that should always be a part of it. Chuck wants to put the smile on your face while you experience yoga.
