Become a better orchid grower by taking orchid classes at the SGVBG. A different orchid-related topic is discussed each month. Raffle and plants for sale are available to expand your collection. Bring your “problem” plants from home.
Third Saturday of the month 10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon at the SGVBG Bodine Center. $10.00 per person which includes admission to the garden on the day of the class and an information brochure.

Guided tours of the St. George Village Botanical Garden are available by special arrangement. Please call at least 5 days in advance to arrange. Tours are led by trained, knowledgeable docents and can be tailored to specific areas of interest (history, botany, horticulture, etc..). Please call the Garden office at 692-2874 to arrange for tours for individuals, students, school classes, or other groups of 10 or more.
Fun workshops are available to school, camp, and church groups for ages 6 and up. These workshops are aligned to VI Standards of Learning and are offered for 15-30 students with preferably 3-6 chaperones. These workshops are very interactive and there is a cost of $5 per person to cover the cost of materials. Workshops take approximately 3 hours and groups are free to eat lunch or peruse the gardens before or after the workshop if they please.
